1 The Tires For Life program is included on all new vehicles purchased at a Southwest Auto Collection franchised new vehicle dealership. Replacement will be with tires with the same size and performance rating originally included on the new vehicle. Customer may upgrade tires at replacement, at customer's expense. Tires will be replaced when the tread depth of the tires has reached 3/32" or less, measured by using a tire gauge in three different areas of the tire tread. A minimum of two tires will be replaced at a time (i.e. if the left front tire is 3/32" or less, the right tire also is automatically replaced, to keep each axle uniform).
All factory recommended maintenance MUST be performed (as per the manufacturer recommended maintenance schedule) at the Southwest Auto Collection franchised new vehicle dealership where the vehicle was originally purchased. Customer MUST have alignment performed and tires balanced every 15,000 miles or 12 months, whichever comes first, at the Southwest Auto Collection franchised new vehicle dealership where the vehicle was originally purchased.
The Tires For Life program is only valid for the original owner of the vehicle and is not transferrable for any reason. The Tires For Life program terminates on any vehicle that has reached 200,000 miles on the odometer. Customer is responsible for sales taxes only on the replacement of tires under the Tires For Life program. The Tires for Life program DOES NOT cover damage to tires due to road hazards, incidents or accidents. A road hazard policy is available for purchase from any Southwest Auto Collection franchised new vehicle dealership. Any business sale, asset sale, franchise transfer or termination, or permanent business closure, for any reason, of the Southwest Auto Collection franchised new vehicle dealership from where the vehicle was originally purchased, will void the remainder of the Tires For Life program and all benefits will cease immediately.
